How to stay emotionally fit

When our emotional fitness is in a rough patch, so is our state of self-esteem as we have to slow down and deal with what is troubling us, so that we can please the simple joy of being happy and at peace with ourselves.

Sleep. Researchers have yet to explore the exact purpose of sleep, but they do understand that inadequate rest falsely impacts your ability to function. Getting at least five hours of sleep every night will improve your ability to handle stress, mental acuity, and problem-solving ability.
