How to start a new life when you are at rock bottom

Take Care of the Basics
Whine a little
. That's right. That's the initial step to starting over. You’ve got to feel what you're feeling. Clamming everything up will just make you blow up later. And what's more: admitting this is how it is could spark you to do something about it. Best success quotes acknowledging your circumstance and not liking it is the only manner you can do something about it. So go ahead. Whine. You're unsatisfied. That's how living works.

Take the time (off). The fact of the matter is that at present now you want a break. Sometimes, life just wants to stop. In as much as you can actually do this, grab that Cadbury and take a short hiatus. Start reload your energy bar for the massive endeavor you're about to rock, showing life who's boss.
•            If you have a job, you may want to take time off work. Nothing to get you fired. Just a day or two to concentrate and assess. Present now is all about you.

Get a stable income. There's a definite hierarchy of requirements that all humans have. For most of us, it involves having dollars at our disposal. In order to have the meal on the table, you want to cash in your pocket. You don't require a lot, but in order to move up the structure, you require a stable income.

•            So, to put it succinctly, if you're unemployed, begin looking for work. Looking for work should take you 50 hours a week. In the present economy, it may not come easy way, but it'll come. Leave no stone unturned and keep your nose to the grindstone, as no opportunity turned down.

Finish school. If you haven't finished high school, this is doubly significant. In order to get a job, all it takes is to pull up a Google search and making a phone call to a local education center. Most places can support you work out a payment plan and need to see you on the right track. What's more, what's the harm in just asking?
•            Consider going back, if you have some college, but haven't graduated. Not only will you up to your employment chances, but you'll feel nice about yourself. You'll feel accomplished. After all, rock bottom is just a state of mindset. There are plenty of humans who others might consider to be on rock bottom that feels on top of the world. Finishing college could change your mind frame entirely.

Quit the nasty habits. If you're drinking, smoking, or partaking in other addictive behaviors on a constant basis, it requires you to stop now. There is no private advancement if it does not. In order to see growth, you cannot keep your old tricks. The buck stops here. Imagine the human you want to be. Does that human have a dependency on anyone or anything else? When it comes to this self-reflection, why settle for anything less than that perfect image?

Start thinking proactively. When you want to change everything about your circumstance and to fully start over in life you need to make some major adjustments between your ears. You want to think like a new human, act like a new human, dress like a new human, and surround yourself with a new human, yes. However, to do this, you want to start thinking positively and with conviction. Put away the I can't, what if? and maybes. There's no room for those words. This starting over? You're going to do it.

Determine exactly who you want to be. What will you dress like? What will you look like? Where will you live? What will your relationship look like? What vehicle will you be driving? Take a good 20 minutes, close your eyes, and really imagine the life cycle you need down to what you feel like in that life. Take a nice mental snapshot of your ideal life. You want to faith, without a shadow of a doubt, that this human you envisioned will be you.

•            You want an endpoint in order to identify just how and where to initiate your journey. Where do you need to end up? What aim would you like to reach? Pen it down. Everybody wants something to work to because none of us is ideal. Now's your chance to pick yours. This is what you'll be aiming for.

Taking Care of Your Body
Take a shower.
It may sound a little funny, but in order to get your brain clean, inspirational blogs want to get your body clean. To start fresh, you’ve got to be fresh. Rock bottom is a mental setup and therefore can go and come with ease. Showers (and other seemingly pointless endeavors) then become tricks of the trade in that they can relax you, take away declutter, and cue your mind that it's time to start over.

I journeyed towards transformation, new life. Every difficulty you face is a chance to grasp something. The greatest lessons in your life have been learned from the darkest days.

Start exercising. Seems a little absurd, on the outside, huh? What kind of human at rock bottom has the will (or maybe the means) to exercise? But the matter is you can't think of these things in such a linear fashion. In fact, you must think backward. Does the successful human exercise or does the exerciser become successful?

Concentrate on eating more healthily. All of a sudden it becomes hours upon hours of Television dinners, tubs of ice cream, boxed wine, and piles of self-loathing. After the binge, you feel absolutely horrible -- thus pushing the process to repeat. The only matter you can do then lies on the couch and pray for a release from impending indigestion. Not very productive, huh? A meal must make you feel energized, not full of reproach and lethargic. After healthy food, your body feels better and you feel good. Are you observing a pattern?. Eating healthy is a chunk of the mental trickery to get your head speeding down the track to Awesome CITY.

Taking Care of Your Mind
Stop the negativity.
You! Stop it. You understand how it works. Instead of thinking thoughts that are rational and helpful, you end up thinking matters like, I'm a complete failure -- I'll never amount to anything regardless of what I do, so why bother trying? Those thoughts are not facts. They are emotions. And emotions can change.
•            When you catch yourself thinking something false, either force yourself to immediately stop it in its tracks or add on something to make it better. Tomorrow is another story. Take yourself out of the black and white shield. Nothing is 100%. When they said, "This too shall pass with time, this is what they were talking about.

Re-establish old hobbies and find new ones. Between box sets and naps of the Golden Girls, it's easier to lose track of who you once were. If you used to play music, push yourself to play music. If you used to love cooking, cook. It may be the last thing you want to do, but exploring what once brought you delight could be just the catalyst for change your requirement.

Make a to-do list every day.  Morning rolls around and the only reason to get out of bed is to go to the washroom. This is where the to-do list comes your way. On it, pen up all the little matters you want to attain for the day. It doesn't have to be world-changing, it just has to get you out of bed and being constructive.

Help others. Another trick to get out of your planet and more wrapped up in the globe of others is to help others. Not only will you make them feel cheerful, but making them feel better will make you feel nice. Instant gratification.

•            Seek out the small opportunities in addition to the bigger ones. Offering to walk an elderly neighbor's cat, helping a woman with her groceries, help someone in your family -- all these little deeds add up. You'll absorb a sense of purpose in a long run, possibly make buds, and just make the world better. That's three wins in one.

Striking a Balance and Routine
Be patient with yourself
. Straight up, starting a new life doesn't occur overnight. It could take time. You'll probably be making such constant tiny progress that you won't even identify. Imagine losing 1/16th of a pound a day. You're not going to be able to say for a long time -- but one day your clothes will be far, far too huge.

Cultivate a passion.  Now it's time to discover something new. Something to drive you. Something fulfilling. Something to keep those demons at bay. What does your brain immediately jump to? Motivational quotes of life give you purpose, take up your time, and use your creativity.

Get into a satisfying routine. Now that you have all these new ideas that are exciting and fresh, you've got to stabilize and make them just a slice of your everyday world. It might take a little time, but balancing work, your passions, a social life, and free time will eventually all fall into place. There's no reason it shouldn't.
