Forgive past hurts. If you are harboring bitterness towards another human being because of past hurts, select to forgive and move on. The harm was their mistake, but permitting it to impact your mood today is yours. Let go and select to be present at the moment instead.

Love your job. If you just “survive” the workweek continually waiting for the next week “to get here,” you are wasting a large percentage of your life (5/7 days.) There are two outcomes: find a new job that you actually love, or discover something that you admire about your present career.

Dream about the future, but work hard at the present time. Dream big. Set goals and plan out for the future. But working tough today is always the initial step towards understanding your dreams tomorrow. Don’t permit dreaming about tomorrow to replace living in the present moment. Dreaming about the future tense is only progressive when blended with matters taken today.

Don’t swing on past accomplishments. If you are still talking about what you did last time line, you haven’t done much at present time. There is still plenty of time to construct upon past successes and generate more achievements and memories for future you. In the future, you’ll be cherishing the memories of the present moment.
