Every morning should be started with meditation and yoga. If you cannot do exercise after working hours than you can go for meditation and yoga early in the morning. This will keep your mind and body relaxed. Scientists had proven that people who do both these activities in the morning, they have a positive aura as compared to others who don’t.
Reading is the best thing one should do for knowledge. Make it a hobby that you will read novels for a minimum of ½ hour a day. It will sharpen your mind and enhance your skills. You will observe a slight positive change in your personality. Reading is considered to be one of the best activities to enhance your personality traits.
