Decide not to let fear guide your choices. The choices we make are either based on fear or love. For example, I moved to London for a job I was really excited about. That was based on love. Then I stayed a bit too long as I was in fear of what would happen if I quit. That was based on terror.
I’ve made all my fear-based opinions out of insecurity and a emotion of scarcity. They’ve never taken me on the track I wanted. Make sure love is the base for your choices. To stay in direction, ask yourself this good question, What would love do right now?

Realize that you’re not perfect. There will always be someone who’s smarter, richer, and prettier than you. No one is perfect. Trying to be perfect is not the answer. So, instead of getting down on yourself for your imperfections, quirks, and flaws, accept them fully. Free yourself by welcoming the fact that you’re perfectly imperfect.

Be your own ally. That denotes voice inside your mind can tell you all kinds of BS. Mine has told me that I’m stupid, boring, and dumb in comparison to others. 
Instead of joining in when the mean voice of comparison pops up, pick to be on your side. Comfort, Relieve, and soothe yourself. Give yourself regular pep talks, and if you wouldn’t say it to a buddy, don’t say it to yourself.

Turn comparison into inspiration. We tend to contrast our behind-the-scenes with someone else’s big moment. We tend to concentrate on their success, not on the thousands of times they’ve spent working and preparing for their achievement. Instead of letting other people’s victory get you down on yourself, let them open you up to possibilities. Let them be motivation for what you can be, do and have in life.
