Our mind frame just isn’t made to do it, try as we might. Multitasking is really just switching back and forth really fast, and in most cases, losing things in the procedure. Multitasking is not efficient, and yet we continue to do it. In fact, there is research that has shown the more you multitask, the more addicted to it you become.

Use Reminders and Alerts. Ever driven sweet home and noticed you don’t remember the trip? Your mind was on autopilot. This is a state of a low phase of energy, one which is almost dreamy – very unmindful. In fact, the word mindful denotes remember and read motivational quotes of life.
