YOU WANT TO SMILE BUT YOU SIGH

When you wake your kids up

for school in the morning and they

are hard at listening to you to get up and

still want to sleep more,

you deal with love and concern,

as soon as you have a sight of the clock,

its just fifteen minutes to go,

you want to smile but you sigh.

You deal with the kids in a flash of anger

and make them ready to drop off to the school,

pampering and loving them in your drop off car,

to overcome your own guilt of the fit of anger

of the morning crucial hour,

all because you wanted to smile but sighed.

 

 

Dealing with your daily chores and

preparing for the needs of your child

as they return back from school, your do every little

effort to help them grow well;

as the time for school dispersal

hits the clock, you hit at the school gate before that.

you meet your children and ask them about their day at school

and progress towards your home;

After reaching home, the next big target is get the uniform

changed and make them have their lunch;

you tackle them with your careful attention,

but anyhow your job is never completed plainly without anguish;

You want to smile but you sigh.

 

 

The day progresses with all other activities of meeting someone,

attending your husband and family,

playing with the kids, making them do their home work,

going for outdoor, inculcate healthy eating habits in them and

list is endless;

All the more, many times you want to smile but you sigh.

 

So, whenever you sigh just remember to smile the same moment.
