Design a realistic sense of control. Understand what is within your control and what isn't. For example, you can simply control how eye-catching your marketing ads are, but you can’t control whether persons buy the product.
Schedule time to worry. Most of the humans who come into the therapy office looking for answers on how to stop worrying need it easy and fast.
