HAPPINESS VS UNHAPPINESS

Happy living is desirable for all.

But I think “I want to be happy” is too vague.

You really have to work on YOURSELF for having a happy life.

And I assure you it’s damn too easy.

TO BE HAPPY:-

# Concentrate on yourself

# Think about your priorities

# Focus on your health

# Intake healthy food

# Establish good relationship with the higher self, God

# Smile often

# Have a gratitude attitude

# Celebrate your existence

# Observe the goodness in the people and situations around you

# Ignore negativity and drama

# Stay away from toxic people

# Try to be of service to the people around

# Love unconditionally

 

Unhappiness is a state of mind which arises when you begin to think and accept that everything around you is just not good enough to make you happy.

 

You accept negativity being in the air. You assume that things are never going to change.

But always remember, “it’s all in the mind”

Don’t make any assumptions due to your fear, stress or anxiety especially any negative conclusions.

 

Work towards POSITIVITY day in and day out.

 

Appreciate  small deeds of the people around who care for you.

Get up in the morning with a grateful heart and go to bed with a gratitude attitude.

Soon, the things will change, the universe will also focus on your positive attitude and magnify it each passing day.

 

So, never ever give up.
